Prompt and professional. Mike knows what he's doing, explains to the customer what he's using and how he's treating the house, and what needs attention now or later. Great to see him every few months retreating the house per the maintenance plan. Excellent Customer Service on the phone, too! Have recommended Arrow many times to friends and acquaintances.

I enjoy that Mike is easy to talk to and always asks about the activity level in between visits. I appreciate his thoroughness in dealing with the unwanted guests, from roaches to rats, that just seem to be a standard for my older neighborhood. I enjoy that even if I do see an unwanted guest from time to time, it's not routine and they're gone in a day or two. I also appreciate that he discovered the wasp's nest before I could and got rid of them!

Reminders, always on time, keep the little critters away, Arrow has always done a fantastic job. I have used them for many years, I know at least 15, maybe 20 years. They come to the house and get the job done very efficiently and then are on the way. Bob Hanton
