The tech shows up on time and works efficiently. They typically will put covers on their shoes so as not to track dirt/mud into your house. We have had a couple instances where we had an infestation (ants and German Beetles) and both times the problem was resolved by the Arrow tech in short order. I'm very pleased with their service!
