He is so helpful, always takes time to give your consumer information that can help with any pests, inside or out. He is so professional and personable; and he deserves many "gold" stars for insuring that my home is protected from our pesky little creatures! I was a national account manager for 50 years (different industry), but your company is fortunate to have him representing your company.
