I actually met Jake onsite at my condo complex while he was servicing another unit and asked him if he knew if our complex provided services as part of the HOA dues or if it was separate. He was able to clarify that it was separate and that he does a number of units in the complex and got me one of his cards. I did speak with Jessica as a follow up to Jake who got me scheduled. They were both personable and professional. When Jake did come to spray, he asked great questions to assess the situation (had roaches coming in and not sure how long it had been since someone sprayed since I just moved into the place). He explained what he did in areas of my condo that might need extra attention based on possible entry points for roaches.
