Great service. I was using Orkin and started to develop bugs in my home after using Orkin once a month for ten years This should not be happening. Arrow came out and they service every 3 months and no bugs in my home. Staff is polite and responsive.

I have been a customer fot over thirty years in three different homes. I like Alec, our Arrow Guy. He comes in the window when he says he will and is also a good source of information about the other products and services provided by Arrow. For example, we had squirrels in the attic this winter and I was very impressed with the work of the squirrel removal team.
