Tim is amazing and very friendly. We have been working with him for 1.5 now and we have nothing but great things to say about him. Recently he came to do our bimonthly roach spray around and in our house and he was able to hit directly into some areas where the wall is currently open due to some reconstruction. There must have been a nest in the one area because there were around 40 total American roaches that came out over the span of 12 hours. They were dying, however I have an extreme fear of them. I texted Tim and asked if he could come out today to look at it again and if he could please help me clean them up because of my fear. He was incredible and responded very quickly. He came out and not only did he clean them all up for me, but he left me some sticky traps as well. He gave me some tips to give the contractors to seal up those spots in our walls and foundation to further prevent anything from happening again. Tim, thank you so much for helping us out. It meant so much to us that you could come quickly to help.
