I had a great experience with Al. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived he explained the process clearly and answered all my questions and case scenarios-which is important to me. He took great care to inspect every part of our home. within a few days, we noticed a significant difference and haven't had any of the issues with bugs like we were having when we fully moved into our new home a month ago. I highly recommend the pest control division of Arrow.
