Our son referred us to Arrow and we just had our first service. We were very impressed. Tim did an awesome job and was very thorough. He explained to all that he was doing and made sure we were satisifed with the work that he had done. He made us aware of how to get hold of him during the 90 days until our next visit in case we had any problems. Customer service is very important to us and Arrow did not miss a thing. My pest control guy, Timothy Morrow, is so kind and caring. He keeps the pests out of my house, even previously finding and removing a dead chipmunk from my garage. I greatly appreciate him!

The tech was very polite and went over everything that he was doing. While treating my home for pests. The only negative thing is I wish he would have actually knocked down the spider webs on the outside of my home. He said he was going to do it and even walked around my home with his web duster. After he left I went out my back door and all the spider webs were still there.
