Thomas Niswonger is the most detailed technician I have ever seen service my pest control around my house. He doesn't miss a spot. I saw him spraying around my mail box at the street location which my previous pest control man never sprayed. I was always getting ants on my mail when I had the previous exterminator. I am very happy with Arrow Exterminating Service and will continue their service as long as they continue their great service for me. Their price is consistent with other vendors but the service is greater.

We love how quick everyone responds and can provide the service within days! It helped greatly with our schedules since we were unsure when we can be free until the week of at times due to recently moving. Our professional, Chris, is also incredibly thorough. He explains what, where, and why he's doing treatments. He quickly identified our ant pest issue with our new home and the problem was fully resolved in only two days when another company never fully got rid of the ants. All in all, I had Arrow at our previous home and quickly got them to our new home! Already seeing results!
