Service always arrived as scheduled. Whether it’s my quarterly maintenance or an annual termite. They don’t forget me. The employees who come to my home are friendly and professional.
Mike is amazing as my treatment specialist! He treats my house with respect, putting on booties before he enters, he is kind to my dogs, and always asks if I have had any issues since the last time he was there. The answer is always no. He is on time and very professional. I like that Arrow will schedule appointments via email and if I don't do it in a timely manner, the office or Mike will follow up with a phone call.
We have been with you guys since 1998, the service is great, that’s why we are still with y’all. The number one reason is your service people in the field, the mold was broken with Joel Sizemore, he’s knowledgeable about his job, willing to make sure you the customers are happy. I respect all your other employees, but your front line, the people that go into people’s house, and have a relationship with the customers, those are the people in my opinion that keep the business going. Joel is smart, kind, always ask about your family. We feel privileged to have him. You can sell tickets all day, but the train is not going to leave the station without the Engineers the engineers in this case is your FIELD service people.
I like having the same technician because it creates a bond between technician and the home owner. Also, the feedback you get from technician about different pest that may or have come up, they are knowledgeable about your home and therefore can explained or fix the issue. I also like the scheduling your service department in trying to fit your schedule for your service and will work with you. As well as sending you out a reminder that your service is coming up, I love thst because sometimes I forget. The customer service is awesome and kind and that is refreshing. Thank you!
