The best part of Arrow is our technician, Nate! He is a very friendly and informative guy and lets us personally know what he’s done in and outside of our home. He gives us tips on how we can handle certain situations with bugs or our plants. He always lets us know he’s on his way and if he’s delayed he communicates that as well! We love our “bug man”! 😀
