I am disappointed that I can't seem to keep the same technician for very long. Ever since Reese was promoted, it seems I get a new technician frequently. And then I got David and he was around for a good while. The next technician only lasted for 2 visits. I realize you only have so much control but it would be nice to get someone who's going to be around for a while.
