David is an amazing technician. He comes out and is always on time, he checks everything and does a thorough job of going through the house and making sure that I am satisfied. I really like the fact that he takes down all the cobwebs, since I can’t reach them. He’s always friendly and professional and gives advice on how I can keep my home pest free in between visits. And of course, if there’s a problem, all I have to do is make a phone call and it’s taken care of.
