Every three months you guys come out. However, in October and January there were 2 different guys that came out to do the routine spraying but it was not my usual guy Chris. I wasn’t very happy about that because he is the one I am used to coming. I honestly thought well maybe he was just covered up and the other guys were sent out to help out with his route so I asked the guy that came out in January about my guy Chris and he said he was still with the company but schedules were being changed around. I was not really very happy about this because Chris has a great customer relations attitude and he is THE ONLY ONE I want to do the follow up in and around my home. I finally got Chris back for my April follow up and couldn’t be happier!! Please do not ever take me off his route again. I am happy with Arrow as long as you keep sending Chris. The other guys were fine and had no issues with their work but keep Chris on my account.
