Tim is always on time, answers any questions we might have and educates us about "critters" when needed. Rarely do we ever have to have a 2nd visit, but on the occasion, he is totally willing to work with us about scheduling. Overall has been seamless service that WORKS!

Two things really standout. 1. Stacy, your exterminator does an exceptional job. Always polite, courteous and professional. 2 Your Office Manager is a delight to talk to. She is polite and courteous, follows up on any problems and then calls me tolet me know what she found out and what Arrow Exterminators will do to resolve any problems. It is called going the extra mile.
