Technicians always arrive when scheduled. They are friendly, knowledgable and thorough. The office staff understands that my schedule must fit around times that I will be available at the ranch. Since We have both in and outside extermination spraying and also Centricom service as well, the scheduling can be hectic at times, but there is no drama surrounding my services. We pay for both services annually, so that streamlines payments. I’m not sure what more I could ask for!

I was using a different pest control service and after one application I can see the difference between the two. Arrow pest spray is much better! Before would see a few insects that made it around the house alive. with Arrow if i see any at all they are not alive. only one thing i would advise people is to get waht they promise they will do for you along with the price. I thought my quote was for the house and a shop we have, but when the man came out to spray , that was an additional charge to spray both.

Our Arrow service from Tim has been great. Our termite service has been good but my husband had to make map as some of the canisters were missed on one service. We had a miss with the lawn care. I would hesitate to recommend that service that were not successful.
