So I left a review a few days ago about me being disappointed about the office in not canceling my pest service. Today I got a Call from Angela there and was queried on what was going on. After explaining my problem she assured me all will be taken care of. I was going to drop all the services, but with the response from Angela decided to keep the rodent. She was professional and apologetic of the problem. In a sincere way. I do want to say the guy that did the service was on top of his game and was in NO way part of my complaints. So, in a nut shell, Angela saved the day and kept me as a customer! Thanks

Jacob Cope is the best, he takes care of our house with no problems. He texts me the day prior to let me know he is scheduled and asks if we have any issues, problem spots etc. He texts when he is on the way and then checks in when he arrives. He checks in at end of his service and tells us what he found and what he did.
