I really appreciate all the communications. I always know in advance who is coming out to do services, and then the prompt report after is wonderful. They have been able to keep our home almost 100% pest-free. We live on a pier and beam, so keeping mice away is an issue, but it is much better than before. I am very happy with their services.

So I left a review a few days ago about me being disappointed about the office in not canceling my pest service. Today I got a Call from Angela there and was queried on what was going on. After explaining my problem she assured me all will be taken care of. I was going to drop all the services, but with the response from Angela decided to keep the rodent. She was professional and apologetic of the problem. In a sincere way. I do want to say the guy that did the service was on top of his game and was in NO way part of my complaints. So, in a nut shell, Angela saved the day and kept me as a customer! Thanks
