We’ve had great experience in the past three years that we’ve been with Arrow. We’ve had the same bug guy Kenneth the whole time he is very knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling which is so helpful. And we also have a termite bond and I’ve had to call a couple times and asked to have them move traps due to gardens that I was planting and they’ve always been so accommodating. It’s great to have a company that I trust and don’t feel like I’m being upsold all the time!
