We highly HIGHLY recommend Arrow Exterminator. The customer service is the best that I have ever encountered. We have been with them for a little over 2 years. In that time we had two problems ( one with scorpion's and the other ants) and we called this in. Within 24 hours our service man was out here, explained what was going on, where they were likely coming from and fixed the issue. Within hours the problem was solved and have not had any issues since. This company is serious about their customers and go way beyond what most would do. I can not speak too highly. Best Exterminators I have ever dealt with.

Although the house was recently sprayed, I was alarmed to see 3 roaches…while they initially appeared quite active, they were dying a short time later, enabling me to sweep them up into the trash! I also like how they will come back out if you are having a reoccurring issue.

Everything except receiving 5 and 9 dollar bills in the mail. Wouldn't it be simpler to just catch that on the next one if there's a miscommunication? That's petty. It takes more time to get it in the mailbox than the bills worth. If this petty billing continues I will require a book of stamps and I'm going to need a credit for my time on the next billing cycle. Thanks for your time.
