We were loyal customers of Bug House Pest Control for the past 6 yrs before switching to Arrow. The reason we canceled Bug House is because they suddenly began no-showing in the last year or doing a very quick and “lazy” job when they did come to spray my house & my parents’ home. We had enough of paying for subpar services, so I did a quick Google search and saw that your company had a 4.9 rating. I was also happy that it was located nearby in Evans. Read all the recent reviews in the past year and felt confident about going with you all. From the moment I first called, everything has been smooth sailing. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who initially helped to set everything up over the phone, but she was so nice and patient while answering all of my questions. Very thorough and professional. I believe David came out to do our first quarterly treatment, and my husband said he was great, thorough, and explained which areas of the home are most problematic w/pests. Lastly, William stopped by on another day to do our home inspection and all went smoothly. He informed me about the fire ants service that my husband and I were thinking about adding on, as well as termite treatment. He was so easy to talk to — it literally felt like he was an old friend! Lol! Such a nice guy and although he was very thorough in his explanation about why termite prevention is recommended, I never once felt pressured about signing up immediately. I like being given the chance to absorb all the info and think things through, especially when it’s a costly service. So overall, you all are a 10 in my book right now. I’ve also recommended you to others in my neighborhood who were looking to switch their pest control provider as well.
