The Technician I have is Amazing. He always calls 7-10 days out to see if its ok to come. Then, the day of, he calls once he is in transit to my house. He is so good to bring "anything" to our attention, if he sees concern, while at my home. Last winter, he let us know that we had a "leaky pipe" under our house. It wasn't a major issue (YET), but WE were so THANKFUL that he noticed and took the time to inform us of it. Also, during this visit, my husband and I had COVID, with the Flu, we were terribly sick. Cory knew we felt awful, from my voice, when he made his initial call -- but, he still called us to let us know of the leak. Some, might have left us alone, knowing we felt horrible. But, not Cory :) - he says, "Ms Palmer, I realize you guys don't feel well and I am sorry to bother you again, but I thought I'd let you know that I have found a "leaky pipe" under your house. It isn't BAD, right now, but I think you will need to have it looked at." WE were so grateful that he "bothered us" again, as he put it. And, $120.00 later, that little leaky issue, stayed little!! WE love Arrow Exterminators and CORY!! Thanks for all you do!!

They come and do their thing and if we end up with a pest in the house, they come out and and take care of it. (Only happened once with ants) Otherwise a big difference in pests inside and we live in the boonies.
