I have been an Arrow Exterminator customer for about three and a half years now. Larry Thompson has been my service tech most, if not all of that time. I would recommend both Arrow and Larry to any one looking for a reasonably priced exterminator service. For an added personal customer touch. Larry will called me if I’m not at home at the time of service. He will in detail tell me what he had done and what if anything he had seen or requires extra attention. Again, as a retired Heavy Mechanical Construction Exec VP, the Arrow team provides great service and I would recommend them to very one.

We have been with Arrow now for a couple of years. I really like their professionalism in every aspect of their business. They are consistent in notifying customers when it’s time for our service and making the appointment to suit our time schedule.
