Our ecterminator, Josh, is excellent. He is very friendly and he doesn’t mind working around our two kitties. Though we do offer to have them in another space, if needed. He promptly addresses any extra visits we may need, but that is rare. For living in Florida, we’re very happy with the service and whatever product you use to keep the pests away. Highly recommend!

Everyone I interact with at Arrow is great - my service advisor Marty, my regular tech Dillion, to Justin who sends the email reminders about scheduling a time for the visit. I appreciate that Arrow tries to work around my schedule for the service, and that they are always ready to answer question. Most importantly, whatever they are using to control the pests works! It is a rare thing for me to find an insect inside my house. Arrow seems to have the same belief I do "One bug in the house, is one but too many."

Dylan does a wonderful job with our service! And everybody we’ve dealt with has been so friendly and kind but it’s been a pleasure. We don’t feel pressured, but we definitely feel informed and it feels good to know all of our options without feeling forced to buy something we don’t know if we need or not.
