Only required to treat property quarterly vs monthly. Also, the treatment is inside and outside of the home along with the tech going around exterior of house and ridding of spider webs, etc. The service tech was extremely professional and seemed to be very thorough. Have never had a problem with Arrow returning if bugs are found in between service visits (not that I have had to call more than once or twice in the 22 years using them). Lastly, I came back to Arrow after leaving for a year due to a phone call I received from their sales person. She listened to why I left Arrow and went to another company and was very sincere about addressing my concerns should I return to Arrow. I felt comfortable after speaking with her to move forward with switching back to Arrow on both of my properties. Granted it has only been one service call to date since having Arrow back, but I do feel comfortable that if something does come up she will definitely handle the situation for me.
