Ricky is always kind, efficient, responsive, and a pleasure to have for our pest control services! When we had a problem with Australian cockroaches after the hurricane season, he was extremely persistent in tackling the issue. Lance, who did our most recent termite inspection, was also friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend Arrow!

The service was well explained and questions were answered. I appreciated that I had asked for a service and after walking around my yard, I was told that service would be detrimental to the bees and butterflies that are throughout my flower gardens. After my first treatment, there was a follow-up to make sure everything was working okay.

The technicians are knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. When I thought I might have brought beds bugs home from a trip they came right over to check it out for me. Every time I have had a concern they have been very good about stopping in even though it wasn’t my regularly scheduled visit. They explain what they are doing.
