You have me set up on a quarterly schedule to where I don't have to remember to call Arrow out on my own. Dalton is friendly (great customer service) and does a thorough job. He always remembers to text me on his way over to provide me with time to put my dogs up out of the way. I have recommended all my family in Jacksboro to Arrow Exterminator's services. Bill & Cheryl [LAST NAME REMOVED] (our parents) are new customers.
I like having a contract, so I don't have to worry about when I need to call for the next service. They are very professional and courteous any time I've spoken with them and they always give me notice when they are coming.
Please make sure to say goodbye when you are done and to do the whole property. There were areas that were not done. Communication is very important when doing a job. I will give you a ten but next time we would appreciate the whole property being finished as well when you are done.

I had a great experience overall. I brought pests from my previous residence into my new, bug-free place, and I knew I wanted to be on top of my pest control needs. I found arrow to be very affordable and the tech was very nice and helpful. My card wouldn't process initially for insufficient funds and they gave me no grief about it and were able to retry it once my account had the funds. I definitely appreciate their understanding as I had an unexpected bill come out. So far so good w/ the level of pests in my new place!
