They call me when it's time for my service appointment, and make the appointment when it's convenient for me. If I have an issue between appointments it is addressed very promptly. Technicians are always on time and are we very respectful of my homeputting on shoe protectors and closing doors gently and making sure the doors that are closed when they come are closed when they leave in rooms we don't use very often.
