Last Saturday my A/C was out. I called Arrow and the receptionist said a technician will get back to you in the next 20 minutes to set up appointment. Jose rang me and said he was on his way, and he'd be there in about 45 minutes. Jose showed up and after I stated the compressor wasn't running, he went to work. Jose had the problem diagnosed as soon as he took the cover off. After replacing the starter capacitor, he hooked up gauges and temp sensors, and his state-of-the-art tools sent all the data to his phone. Jose saw something was off and made an adjustment. My A/C has never worked better! Arrow resolved my problems from start to finish in under 2 hours and I enjoyed the rest my day. Yeah, I recommend Arrow!
