I want to thank Byron of the Jasper/Calhoun ARROW offices for his outstanding care, consideration, and professional handling of our recent home pest invasion on his August visit. Byron took the time to ask questions, decide the best locations for traps, the most effective methods of eradicating rapidly, and offered intermediate term ideas for maintaining proper pest control until his next visit. He also requested I contact him in mid-September. Byron's knowledge and insight led to a rapid decrease in pest incidents in 24 hours, and a near-total eradication with 72 hours. Thanks, Byron! R.
