First we had Freddy and he was a really great job and both me and my husband thought he was incredibly easy to talk to (hopefully he was promoted). We now have another guy and he's been great as well. I like that in addition to scheduling they call me when they are close so I know to take my dog out before the treatment and put him up in the crate securely. They knock down all the spider webs and are great at answering questions. Great job, even the scheduler is easy to work with ... Usually she can arrange the treatment to a time when the employee is in the area.

We received outstanding customer service from Michael when he performed Arrow’s annual termite inspection on July 8, 2025. Fortunately, we have never had termites; however, Michael discovered that the vapor barrier in our crawl space was worn out. He gave me a very detailed description of the process involved in removing the old barrier and installing a new one as well as the square footage, materials to choose, and the final price. He prepared a worksheet with all the information in writing. He also included an updated moisture reading. He was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and a pleasure to do business with.

Arrow has been coming to my home for a number of years. One of my regular guys has been replaced. New guy 6-17 I spoke to him when he arrived did not catch his name. After he left I walked around my home to see what had been done. I have a 3 story home so there is a lot of house to cover. Spider webs and dirt dobber nest were all around. If the person you send is not efficient enough I will find someone else. I am too old to be going around a doing their job for them.
