Another nice job performed by Jason for my quarterly pest control service. Jason always checks with me to make sure I am having no problems with pests in the house and makes sure he gets all around the house and porches treated well. First we had Freddy and he was a really great job and both me and my husband thought he was incredibly easy to talk to (hopefully he was promoted). We now have another guy and he's been great as well. I like that in addition to scheduling they call me when they are close so I know to take my dog out before the treatment and put him up in the crate securely. They knock down all the spider webs and are great at answering questions. Great job, even the scheduler is easy to work with ... Usually she can arrange the treatment to a time when the employee is in the area.

Our technician, Jason communicates with us if there are any problems or concerns. Like on our last visit, we did not know if he received our request to have our new storage building sprayed. I sent him an email, and he answered, within 3 minutes. That is good professional service. Thank you Jason.
