We've been with Arrow for 5 years and have used the carpenter bee treatment, general house treatment, rodent treatment, and termite prevention treatment. Arrow communicates well and doesn't send random people over to our house but the same person who handles his/her service every time. They show up on time which is important to us and they do a thorough job. We are happy with Arrow.
