You are doing a good job. Thanks. I'm an old lady who remembers a time when companies didn't demand feedback. (This is the second request for feedback.) It's your business, not mine. It's yours to know whether you are succeeding or not. Suggestion: when the service is being applied, why not ask the customer how they think the service is going? That's what Justin did on his last visit. And I gave him a detailed opinion of his success. So why do you demand my feedback again?
