James is wonderful. He is very personable and nice to chat with. He really takes care of our home. Over the years there have been a few instances we need to call him between visits, and he showed up very quickly to take care of it. He also called/text me several times through the next few weeks to make sure everything had been resolved.

I like my tech Reggie. Very nice guy and very helpful. I had a situation once and he helped me get thru it with some bugs. I will say that the wildlife division came and when I look back at it billed me a very extensive amount to pest proof my house (which they didn't do much but sit on the roof and talk) They sent out a new person to check the traps in the attic and the crawl space but the person could not answer any questions I asked. After all that we caught only one rat and never saw or caught another one. In fact they never even came back to get the traps they are still at my house. But the bug side of this business is what I would recommend. thank you
