When we have a scheduled appointment, the technician keeps the appointment (unless the weather causes a problem). We receive prompt communications (through Text Messages) about when the Technician will be arriving.
We appreciate the attention to our time as we continue to use Arrow for our Mosquito Service, Pest Control, and Termite Bond (Annually).

I don't like your sending double bills for the same service. Your person e mails one on the day of service which says "payable on receipt." Which I often pay at that time. Then I get another bill in the mail a week or ten days later which shows that I owe what I've already paid. I then have to pull out my checkbook register to verify I've already paid it. It's confusing.
Very personal service. Erik, Our technician, took the time to explain how the pesticide works, how to prevent insects/pests from entering our home and what rodents/pests/insects live in the area. My wife and I are not from the Atlanta area so all of the information provided was very helpful. Erik also explained all of the benefits of being part of the Arrow family. We take a lot of comfort in knowing that we can call arrow anytime with any insect concerns. We look forward to seeing Erik again in the future.
