Lets start with why I may switch to another company. We had a great representative -whose name I believe is Mark- visit us quarterly and did an outstanding job going thru the house and inspecting various location. Your new representative is ok but 100% I would prefer Mark! I'll give this another visit, but I may consider changing pest services.
