I have been with Spiderman the previous company for almost 30 years minus a few years we were away from the area. It is nice to work with the same people from the other company. Product seems to work as before. Previous company allowed us a 10% discount for paying a year in advance. Please consider the same. Also please consider not being so strict with having to have the service completed exactly by the end of the quarterly month. Please allow the customer some wiggle room for scheduling. Previous company allowed this. Sometimes things happen in life.

The attitude is so up beat that you know they really like their job and what they do. I am sorry to say my professional man is retiring and there is no one like him.
