My technician, Avi! He asks how things are going first thing. Twice, I had an issue with a particular pest. The first time he told me what the cause was, and I was able to fix it. The second time he evidently adjusted the product he put on the house. Problem solved again. Additionally, he has notified me of 2 issues outside my house. First, a standing large pool of water. My neighbor flooding my back yard! Secondly, he notified me of a a hole in my roof eave eave with access to my attic, filled with a birds nest. I had a handyman previously fix several of these, but he missed this one. He is also very nice, knowledgeable and professional! He’s a keeper.
