The level of politeness, friendliness, cost, and professionalism from Arrow exceeds my expectations. The staff, when interfacing with them, have always been very courteous in attending to my queries. My service tech, Manny, is the greatest. He is very thorough in servicing my house every quarter. It is also comforting for him to spend a little time in speaking to me and my wife outside of work - he is not just ALL work, but takes times with the customer outside of work. It is a pleasure to have Arrow service my house for both pest control and termite bonding.
