I ve been pleased with all the techs I've had. I like the fact they stay on sched & the reminders . The only thing I didn't like is they raised my bill without notifying me. I am on auto pay. When a company just goes into my acct & takes out more than I've agreed to- it has a tendency to upset me. I am on a budget with one income. Even $5 extra is a lot to me. I did call the office & made known my issue. Thank you
