He also is very personal which my wife and I enjoy as when he is finished we have a few minutes to chat with him about life and not just the service work. All the current staff and technicians, including the manager, are kind, respectful, reliable and very responsive to customers. Any problems they address quickly. When one technician didn’t carry out what was to be done, the manager came, spent two hours and corrected the problem. After a major illness the office staff sent me a “get well” card. I prefer communicating with the local office instead of the central office for scheduling so I know when they are coming to service our house.
