It’s easy. Originally you call and schedule service. After that you receive an email reminding you it’s time for service again. You schedule an appointment and the process repeats itself. You don’t have to keep track of your service. Maurice is the technician that comes to my house. He is very friendly and efficient. He is in and out with no disruption to me.
