He is attentive to my property and always takes the time to handle whatever the circumstances require. The office staff are always friendly and professional when I need to talk to administration. And the portal has functioned efficiently since it was started. I have been an Arrow customer for many years, and each time that my rep was moved to a different location or left the company, I worried about my customer service, because each rep (I have had three in twenty years: Nicole, R.J., and now Jason) was so good at their job. Surprisingly, each time the replacement technician successfully filled those shoes left behind and have kept me a very satisfied customer. I just wish all the businesses I deal with had that level of competency and professionalism! Thank You!
