You communicate with me to set up appointments and ask if I have any other request/ concerns regarding my service. One small issue I have is, we pay a year in advance for pest control and termite which are two separate bills. Two times in the past, I’ve been charged two times for “ extra request service”. This annoys me, because it was not pointed out to me that this would be an extra charge. In the future, tell me at the time I request something extra , that there will be an extra charge, not after the service. Otherwise, we are happy with arrow.
We like your services very much - knowledgeable technician - Terry - was courteous and efficient and Victoria was very nice and factual about explaining costs and terms. We chose the Arrow company for our pest control at this new home because we had employed them before and knew they were a good company.
I live in a rental property and the homeowner had another pest control company. Seemed like the more they sprayed the worse it got. Finally he switched to Arrow and after the first visit, there was a noticeable difference. I have since moved into a different home and although there are no pests in this house, I have kept Arrow to spray outside, this will ensure that it stays pest free. In addition, I have also accepted the mosquito control measures they offer. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start services or even if you have services, go ahead and make the switch. You'll be glad you did.
