Been VERY happy! I had been using another company for years, decided to try Arrow at my new home last year. Arrow calls to schedule my quarterly appointments - instead of just texting me when they've decided to come and making me reach out if I need to change it. And they still come inside by default, when a lot of companies have stopped doing that unless you reach out to schedule an additional visit. How can they even know if I have a problem if they come, spray around outside, and leave without even talking to me or going inside? And Arrow isn't even charging me more! Price is roughly the same. Full marks and have already recommended!
