2/11/2026 Wednesday The staff being professional & genuinely nice. Robert, my husband & I have been long time customers. Linda, Erin, the front desk, who takes, the phone calls, of all various kinds, have a very busy workday. Both are very professional, cheerful, as well as being genuinely nice. The ones who have to go out & take care of their customer's out in the field, has to endure all kinds of weather, in Southern AZ. Don't forget to offer them, a bottle of water, soda, or an energy drink. Mike, Javier, Joey, Chris, & Alexander have all been to our house, to do our pest control as well as our 19 Termite controls. They make you truly feel, as part of their family. They truly listen to their customer's. Laura was the one, who set up our Termite Controls. She has moved up, in the ranks, so to speak. She is the customer specialist. For example, Robert & I do love our outdoor lizards, so we do not have our front & back yard sprayed whatsoever. We have had our lizards come every year. "Just 1 thing that I can kindly suggest is, to have nice wall calendars made up to be given to their customer's!" "A nice, genuine, personal touch."
