One of the reasons I discontinued service from my previous pest control company was they didn't always show up on the day or time I expected. The Arrow service tech, Donovan, always is on time or calls if he has a delay, I really appreciate that. Then, when he arrives the first thing is to ask if I have any problems he should investigate, and to set the next service date and time. I then open the garage and he goes about his work. If no issues, he completes his work and leaves without having to further contact me. The report and billing is done automatically. That's really good service as far as I'm concerned.
