I find the service personnel to be friendly and efficient. They are very good to let me know if they happen to see anything that may need attention, even it it is something not part of the service they pro they are preforming, For example the lawn service guy has mentioned that the people mowing my lawn appear to be mowing the grass to low in some areas because the roots were visible. I was able to address that wiht the mowing service.
