Very impressed by Arrows service. Pete called and made arrangements for my quarterly service appointment and then the ice storm hit. He called back and made an appointment for the following week. Arrow is very good about communicating ahead to schedule appointments. They are gratefully flexible with the time and dates of these appointments. They arrive on time (even calling ahead first to let me know they are on their way), wear protective shoe coverings while treating the indoor areas. When I ask questions about products or pests there is no hesitation in their answer. They are right on the ball and very knowledgeable. In all the years Arrow has provided me with their pest control service I have not once had any "unwelcome guests" in my house. Thank you, Arrow Exterminators!!
