Arrow Exterminators has been our pest and termite control servicer for many years and they have taken excellent care of our home and property. The service isn't as good as it was a few years ago. But have not decided to change yet to a different company. I keep getting new people and some are good some not so good. I may have to call in to get a repeat visit. I was going to do so last time and let it go. But right after the last visit I am still getting flying little things getting in my house.

I wish all companies had the customer service that you do. They are wonderful. Can call the main office and she gets you the right answer and you asked to speak to somebody to spray something that you didn't have done before and they do it it's just wonderful. I was late returning a phone call to your service guy and he acted like it was not a big deal at all and I was apologizing my head off. I am also glad that they make an appointment to come out for the treatment and don't just show up.
