I can't imagine not having an Arrow stairlift. We would not be able to stay in our house without it. The whole process was so easy and trouble-free from ordering the stairlift to having it installed to getting our first annual check-up to make sure everything is working as it should. I cannot express myself enough to really say how this product has made all the difference in our lives. Thank you for always being so kind, considerate and helpful. We LOVE Arrow Stairlift.
