Everyone thought I was crazy to get a lift in my home. I have had my elevator for 1 year. It has already been used by my sister, my Mom, and my 87 year old neighbor. Giving them the freedom to be included on all-levels of the house was exactly what I was looking for. The customer service and technicians have been great. Kade, the technician has been out to service it twice, once just after installation and for its yearly maintenance. He is amazing. He listens to my concerns and he is knowledgeable and capable of conducting a thorough inspection.

I called your office to have a maintenance check on our chair lift and the secretary told me there happened to be a serviceman in my area that day, so she contacted Chris Underwood and he came that very day to service and replace my batteries. The overall experience was simply wonderful. Chris was a great guy and performed all the maintenance services very well. We are pleased with the service agreement we signed up for one year.

The service has been excellent. The original installation of both units was very timely, well done, and the techs were very clean. The product has proven to be indispensable. I doubt we could remain living in our home without them because my wife would be restricted to the main floor. The lifts also help me manage the house because I can move multiple products up and down the stairs without making multiple trips, saving me a considerable amount of time. If I've had a strenuous day, I use with lift myself every once in a while. But the main thing is, these lifts have maintained my wife's limited mobility, allowing her to enjoy what our house has to offer, while eliminating a lot of risk. The same is true for my 89 year old mother in law when she is visiting.
