If we have had a minor setback, Nikki has been able to assist us as quickly and efficiently as time allows. The technicians are knowledgeable and very personable. Lift chair seems to work as it should. Never had a problem other than the seat adjustment seems sensetive. Sometimes the switch gets unstable as if seat does not sit properly. The maintance individule didn't speak or advise what he was doing, or if we had any issues or problems. ( you may not want to use my statement to promote sales for your company)
