We purchased an motor/chain elevator and the unit and control system is clean, comfortable, quite and orderly. As expected when purchasing a new product that is built/assembled on site, there were a few issues, but those were mainly handled with adjustments. We have had a sliding door controller and a UPS that needed replacement, but those were handled and covered with the new product service plan. Now that the elevator has part of the home for ~3 years, it 'just runs' and is everything that we expected. I expect the unit will continue to operate without issue for MANY years. When interfacing with the technicians, we have found them to be courteous and proficient at their job. We know of another household that purchased an elevator from another company and their control system seems less robust as they have had numerous issues. The Arrow Lift elevator changed our lives and we rely on its use daily. It has proven to be the correct decision to go with Arrow Lift.
