The reliability of both the equipment and service people. Always respond quickly to any problem. It's only happened once in all the years I've had the equipment which I got after hurricane Ike.
The repair were scheduled on a timely basis. The technician was efficient and curtious. He pointed out the problems, discussed how to reset the unit, and repaired the broken parts. We are very happy with the results.
Mike calls to schedule yearly maintenance. When I called with a question he scheduled a serviceman to "give the stairlift a quick look." No problem was found, which eased our minds.
