When you call you can speak with a person, that makes a big impact on how you relate to the business you earlier chose to buy from. In the few years we have used Arrow, their employees have always been friendly and helpful. They are not always able to just drop what they are doing to help you because they are busy (they got they way by how they treat people). When they cannot get to you right away you can sense they genuinely wish they could. I highly recommend Arrow Lift to anyone needing their type of service. When they do service your equipment it is done right. We are grateful for them

The chair lifts work and this is great. The second one which is in the basement shakes, rattles, and rolls but we can live with it as is for now, Your field people are all great to work with.
