Mike calls to schedule yearly maintenance. When I called with a question he scheduled a serviceman to "give the stairlift a quick look." No problem was found, which eased our minds. The servicemen have all been so nice, professional and helpful. Each one has taken time to explain what they're doing until my husband understands We have told many friends and family what a wonderful thing the stairlift is. Now my husband has his "man cave" in the basement.
