We were dead in the water when our elevator went out of service. Arrow Lift was out the next day and resolved a minor issue. We are pleased by their professionalism and response time. We are so happy to have our lift back in service, as is our 12 yr old Shih Tzu, who doesn’t like to do the stairs!

Our elevator is a phenomenal addition to our 2 story house! Since our main living space is on the second floor, I use it to load groceries up, Laundry up, suitcases, etc. When my husband was in a walker and wheelchair, he had the freedom of accessing both floors of the house. Not to mention that our grand kids loved riding up and down in it :)
