The stair lifts installed from main floor to basement and main floor to second level has allowed us to live in our story and a half house these past two years even though one, and now two, of us cannot navigate the stairs. The stairs operated reliably except once, when the charging system on the set going up to the bedrooms failed. They were able to provide on-site service within 48 hours. We do contract with them with an annual maintenance service agreement and get an annual maintenance inspection. If there is a failure afterward, they do try to add a discount to the service call.

The Arrow Lift is a top-notch and very dependable product. It has made my life so much easier. My Arrow Lift has had no issues since its installation a year ago. However, since it is a mechanical and electrical machine it could have a problem down-the-road. For that reason I purchased a maintenance plan to give me peace-of-mind should something break. The plan includes a yearly visit to my house by one of Arrow Lift's trained, professional technicians to verify all operating functions are still well within established tolerances. The Arrow Lift has made a life changing difference for me! I was having terrible back, hip and knee pain. It was very difficult for me to go upstairs(12 stairs) to get to our bedroom. After having the Arrow Lift installed (the straight one), I only have 3 stairs to get up! Three versus twelve is so much better!!! The Arrow Lift has paid for itself over and over!!! I would like to add that the staff is incredibly helpful and nice!!

We have enjoyed our Arrow Lift and it has been working like a charm. We have been using it about three times a day for about ten or so days now with no difficulty. I do have a couple questions . First, About half way down you can feel a slight bump that appears to be coming from the rail. Second, is the light on the arm rest an LED bulb, and is it easily replaced if it ever goes out? We love our stairlift . It works so easy,quiet, and is just what we wanted . The service man explained how to work, keep it so it works as high priority and explained how to use the seat and wonderful explaining how to get in and off the seat . My husband has had not to go to the basement as he couldn’t go up and down. He has been in seventh heaven as he is able to go up and down the steps with no trouble . What a wonderful stairlift . I recommend anyone who has trouble going up and gown steps to get this . I also cannot go up and down now as I have a broken femur in my hip but will help me soon too . I can hardly wait to use it myself as it will help me also .
