We love our arrow lift. It has been a lifesaver to us going up and down our stairs. We only have one floor to do, but we could never do it as otherwise. I am very satisfied with my lift chair. It has made such a difference in my life. I was being stubborn walking up and down the stairs several times a day. The pain I put myself through was unnecessary. One time I couldn't make it walking up the stairs. I'm disabled with chronic pain and several other illnesses. So I called Arrow Lift and my husband and I went to look at the models they had. I picked out the one we liked the best and was in our price range. Installation was fast and professional. If I ever have a problem with the chair, I call and it they come out and fix it. Everyone who works at Arrow Lift has been great to work with! My life is so much easier now, riding up and down the stairs instead of walking. I wish I had bought the chair lift earlier than we did. I would recommend Arrow Lift to anyone who needs assistance with stairs in their home.

The stair lifts installed from main floor to basement and main floor to second level has allowed us to live in our story and a half house these past two years even though one, and now two, of us cannot navigate the stairs. The stairs operated reliably except once, when the charging system on the set going up to the bedrooms failed. They were able to provide on-site service within 48 hours. We do contract with them with an annual maintenance service agreement and get an annual maintenance inspection. If there is a failure afterward, they do try to add a discount to the service call.
