The teachers for Ashtanga Yoga classes are knowledgeable, and are able to give excellent advice on how to do the poses the best way based on the anatomy of respective students.
I have progressed tremendously in my yoga practice since I started going to the Ashtanga Yoga class at AOY. Nadira is very knowledgeable about anatomy, so she is able to shed light on my body constraints and limitations and how I can work on them.
I also love that the studio is spacious, and the booking app is so easy to use.
I love working out with my instructor Karen Tan, she is a wonderful teacher and a sweet person! All her classes are great. I always look forward to seeing her every week and learn a new exercise, pose or new stretch for my body.

I like the option of having classes online as I live quite far from the physical studio. Natalie the prenatal yoga instructor is also friendly and helpful in giving tips to better my poses and ensure forms are good and prevent injuries. This is important as I'm quite new to yoga and I feel happy attending the classes.
Cozy and clean studio. The introductory package is excellent for first timers to try out different classes. As a beginner, I particularly appreciate Natalie and Kuan’s style of correcting each student’s pose and adjusting based on our respective level/ limit. It was a great intro to yoga for me, and I intend to continue with the classes.
