I generally attend to Cheryl's classes on Fridays which generally have 1-2 people, so she can teach specific to our requirements. Last week I was the only one and we worked on hamstrings and lower back which was great as it was something I wanted to focus on. Her yoga sessions are always good, it is challenging which I also like. And the studio itself is cosy, I liked all my sessions in art of yoga so far.
The yoga class experience in Art of Yoga is great so far! Just one suggestion, as I am a beginner, and correct posture is so important very crucial for me. Unfortunately, I can only realize my posture is not accurate when the teacher tells me. If you can place mirrors in the studios (like dance studios), it would be very helpful for beginners like me.
