There was a misunderstanding about treatment of my yard for ants. They have been an ongoing problem, setting up nests in my potted plants. Since i was told Aruza would no longer treat for ants, I cancelled my service. Turns out it was a miscommunication as Aruza guarantees they will treat until there is no problem. I am now another happy customer of Aruza. And, this last treatment seems to have taken care of the rest of the problem.

Tech paid attention to an issue that creeps in every spring. Ants!! We had dusted in several spots in front and backyards. He saw the applications and spent time to treat other areas for us! We appreciate the attention to details!!

The technician was super nice and knowledgeable. Really put my mind at ease. I cleaned up more around the area where I heard the bees and while I saw the holes in the ground there was no bee activity…or any bug. Glad to see that whatever was used didn’t seem to affect the lizards and frogs. I am pleased overall.
