I have had a mole/vole problem for a while now. Tony has noticed how difficult this situation has been to get corrected. He has been making visits every other week instead of the normal prescribed visit times so he can get this situation under control for me. He has done this on his own without me asking him for this extra service. In my book, this is great customer service! Tony is an awesome representative for Aruza and works hard to do the job right and make the customer happy.
