The technician knocks on the door before he starts and asks if I have any concerns or questions, or if I detected any insects on the interior of the home. The Technicians have been thorough and friendly.

We are pleased with the service that we are receiving from Aruza. We no longer have the problem with mosquitoes, ants and other insects that we had before. We can now be outside in the mornings and evenings without being covered with mosquitoes. Our service pro, Travis does a very thorough job of treatment. He always checks with us before and after the service to ask if we have any special concerns or needs. He is very polite, professional and knowledgeable and has been able to answer any questions and address any issues that we have had. We also appreciate that we get a text in the days before the service letting us know when we are scheduled and another text when the service pro is on the way.

Consistency on coming to spray my yard. Friendly to communicate any issues that may be going on in the yard.My technician Travis Rainwater went above and beyond his job description. I had gone outside to meet him the first time he came. I have medical issues with my blood pressure dropping when I stand up. He ask me if I was ok helped me sit down. When I regained my composure he helped me get up and held open my front door to get inside safely. My family and I are grateful for his few minutes of kindness to ensure my safety before starting to spray for those hateful mosquitoes!

Our quarterly treatments have been great, Scott does a great job every time he here. He is very observant treating anything that looks suspicious even some new red ant activity he found this last visit. I can’t comment on termite protection yet as they haven’t done our first annual treatment yet. I know many of the stations are going to be difficult to find as they were installed last year and have grown over. We expect they will do a fantastic job as Arusa stands behind their reputation and always answers anytime we’ve called.
