I like that the pest control technician is knowledgeable and knows what to do. I like that they are on time and they are very professional also like the fact that if you have any issues there’s no hassle. They will just come out and attend to the issues.

Prompt, and from sales to maintenance, professional. Very open to giving explanations, materials, and immediate customer service. Accommodating for seniors, that's a plus. I have not talked to an Aruza employee yet who hasn't been kind, enthusiastic and Johnny on the spot.

Sammy was very friendly, informative & kind when proposing your services. He came at the right time for us, the mosquitos were eating us alive and big flies were getting into the house a lot. Emerson came by the very next day to apply treatment. He was also very friendly, informative and efficient. I think the problem has leveled out quite a bit with mosquitos, I know we can't get rid of them all, and we have seen NO big flies in the house!
