I have purchased several bikes and have always had good service except for this last purchase.
No one bothered to size the bike for me, I picked it up and had to turn back around as it was not set up correctly. They adjusted the seat, I bikes from asbury to spring lake, the bike still needs to be adjusted, I’m not getting the correct extension when peddling the grips on the handle bars are facing down so there isn’t any support for my wrists. I called to bring the bike back in but not sure if I will need to leave it there or if it will be done the same day as i would also like to have lights added.

We went for a simple flat tire fix. It was the first time there for our family. Service was quick and efficient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We only had this brief experience so far but it was enough that we were impressed. As we upgrade out family cycles in the coming year we will definitely come here first!
