We have been with Ascend since the first day we opened, 15years ago. I have never had a reason to look at any other systems.
Everything works well and if there is a problem support is always great. I would like to see a function added that would allow the ability to add a % for CC transactions.
Simple system. Works great for our business. Not loving the cloud... when the internet goes down we cannot function in any capacity... Otherwise great and the customer support is stellar

Ease of use. However, in the service center, when a WO is marked completed it should be rescheduled to the completed date and prompted to assign to a tech for the current day.
I enjoy the easy to contact support when needed. Also, I enjoy that updates occur regularly and to our benefit. Showing that things are constantly innovated and improved to keep pace with the ever changing needs of bicycle retailers. Finally, I enjoy all of the reports and analytics that are available. These metrics are crucial to us for measuring where we have been, where we are at, and where we are going.

Helped me get Ascend Pay installed. They were quick in getting me my new credit card terminals and everything installed. It all works much better than the last system.
